Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sister Jane pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
